AustCham Westpac Australia-China Business Awards

For 23 years, the AustCham Westpac Australia-China Business Awards (ACBAs) has been recognising Australian and Chinese companies working between the two countries in the Greater China region.

A high profile yearly celebration, the Awards recognise the success of Australian businesses in Greater China across a broad spectrum, from small entrepreneurs through to large publicly listed companies.

Winners of the AustCham Westpac ACBAs are announced at a gala dinner in rotating cities across Greater China each year, attended by Chinese and Australian dignitaries, business leaders and members of the prominent members of the Chinese Australian community. Amongst the many benefits that finalists and winners of the Awards program receive is participation in an extensive promotional campaign that reaches the media, government entities and leading business decision makers across Greater China and Australia.

AustCham Shanghai is host to the 2016 ACBAs on Wednesday 13th April during Australia Week in China, expected to be Australia’s largest ever Commonwealth-sponsored trade, investment, education and tourism mission, with media coverage from both China and Australia showcasing the remarkable achievements made in Australia-China business.

With the growing number of Australian businesses taking the leap into China, Westpac is proud to be part of a program that helps them on this journey. Our offices in Beijing and Shanghai focus on Corporate and institutional client management, international trade, foreign exchange, and debt markets products.
